【How to Order】

1. You may place an order via phone, email, fax, or WhatsApp. Please send the product code(s), product name(s), and the quantity required to laoyangebai@gmail.com. Kindly include your contact details in the email (company name, contact person’s name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address).

Regardless of the method used to place your order, our staff will confirm receipt of your order via phone or email.

【Payment Methods】

Bank transfer, Alipay, Western Union, or T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

Important Note: Please specify the product code(s), product name(s), and quantity in the payment reference/memo field.

Remarks:

1. Please do not use payment methods that require a password/PIN for collection.

2. After making the payment, please scan your proof of payment (receipt/transaction record) and email it to laoyangebai@gmail.com.

【Shipping Methods】

We have established a nationwide logistics network in China through long-term partnerships with various carriers, including China Railway Express, air freight services, postal parcel services, and road freight transport. We will select the fastest and safest shipping method based on your destination.

1. International Express: We maintain strong partnerships with global couriers such as TNT, DHL, UPS, and EMS, offering door-to-door international shipping and export transport services.

2. Domestic Express: We use SF Express (Phone: 95338; Tracking website: www.sf-express.com). Shipments sent via this service typically arrive the following day. 3. Express Freight Shipping: Suitable for locations with direct truck routes from Dongguan or Shenzhen; offers lower costs.

Transit Time: Typically 1 day for destinations within Guangdong Province, and 2–5 days for other provinces.

Pickup Method: You will be notified by the freight station via phone; please pick up your shipment at the station by presenting the recipient’s ID card.

Shipping Costs: Generally calculated at ¥12–20 per carton; for destinations requiring more than 3 days in transit, the cost is approximately ¥30 per carton.

Important Notes:

1. Shipping costs are to be covered by the client and will be calculated based on actual charges.

2. We recommend that clients purchase shipping insurance.

3. We act solely as an agent to arrange the shipment. Once the freight carrier accepts the goods, they assume responsibility for any accidents or incidents that may occur during transit; however, we will provide full assistance in handling such matters.
